Content Guidelines & Community Standards

At ATZ Classes, we are committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and enriching online learning environment for all students, educators, and users. To maintain the quality and integrity of our platform, all users must adhere to the following content guidelines:
1. Prohibited Content:
- Hate Speech and Discrimination: Content that promotes hatred, discrimination, or violence against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics is strictly prohibited.
- Illegal or Harmful Activities: Content that promotes illegal activities, violence, self-harm, or harm to others is not allowed on our platform.
- Inappropriate or Offensive Material: Content that is sexually explicit, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate for our educational community is prohibited.
2. Copyright and Intellectual Property:
- Respect for Copyright: Users must respect copyright laws and intellectual property rights. Posting or sharing copyrighted material without proper authorization is not permitted.
- Original Content: Users are encouraged to create and share original content or properly attribute sources when sharing third-party content.
3. Academic Integrity:
- Plagiarism and Cheating: Academic dishonesty, including plagiarism, cheating, or the unauthorized use of materials or information, is strictly prohibited.
- Credible Sources: Users should use credible sources and cite references when presenting academic work or research.
4. User Conduct:
- Respectful Behavior: Users are expected to engage with others in a respectful and courteous manner. Harassment, bullying, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
- Compliance with Policies: Users must comply with all platform policies and guidelines, including our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
5. Reporting Violations:
If you encounter content that violates our content policy guidelines, please report it to our moderation team immediately. We take all reports seriously and will take appropriate action, which may include removing the offending content and/or suspending or terminating user accounts.
6. Enforcement:
Violations of our content policy may result in disciplinary action, including warnings, account suspension, or termination, depending on the severity of the offense.

POLICY
Terms and Conditions
First: General Terms and Conditions
(1) All educational programs within the platform are paid services and are not provided for free. This excludes educational blogs and content published via social media (such as Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, and TikTok), which are available to users free of charge and are not considered part of the paid educational services.
(2) It is strictly prohibited to attempt to hack the platform, upload files containing viruses, or perform any system vulnerability testing.
(3) Users must adhere to the etiquette of dialogue between students and teachers. Sending promotional or spam messages is strictly prohibited.
(4) The service is provided “as is.” The platform shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from internet interruptions or the inaccuracy of information provided by third parties.
(5) The platform must be used for educational purposes only. Posting illegal or immoral content, or distributing viruses and malicious software, is strictly forbidden.
(6) The platform reserves the right to record sessions for quality assessment, teacher performance evaluation, or training purposes.
(8) The platform management is committed to user privacy; conversely, the user bears full responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
(9) Sharing personal accounts between multiple users is prohibited, and assisting students in cheating is strictly forbidden.
(10) The platform does not guarantee that it will be free of technical errors or malfunctions and assumes no responsibility for direct or indirect damages resulting from its use.
(11) The platform reserves the right to modify the Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of these changes.
Second: Accounts and Access
(1) The user acknowledges upon account creation that all provided data is accurate and commits to maintaining the confidentiality of their password.
(2) By creating an account on the ATZclesses platform, you acknowledge your agreement to the platform’s terms and conditions.
(3) Users must be at least 18 years old to create an account, or use the platform under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
(4) The user is committed to the confidentiality of login credentials (username and password) and bears full responsibility for any activity conducted through the account.
(5) Sharing login data with third parties is strictly prohibited and is considered a violation that may lead to account closure without a refund.
(6) The platform reserves the right to suspend or delete an account in case of a violation of the terms or upon the expiration of the specified period.
Third: Intellectual Property Rights
(1) All educational materials and courses (videos, texts, exams, files) are owned by the ATZclesses platform and its affiliated company.
(1) It is strictly forbidden to photograph, record, distribute, or republish any content from the platform for commercial or educational purposes without written permission from the ATZclesses platform management.
Fourth: Fees and Payment Policy
(1) All sessions and courses are paid via an announced subscription; they are for personal use only and are non-transferable to another person.
(2) Access to content expires at the end of the academic semester or the duration specified in the course description.
Fifth: Attendance and Absence Policy for Live Sessions
(1) The student must inform the supervisor at least 24 hours before the start of the session via private chat if they are unable to attend, while coordinating an alternative date.
(2) Excuses for non-attendance requested less than 24 hours before the session start time will not be accepted.
Sixth: Cancellation or Rescheduling Policy
(1) You may reschedule a session to another time at least 12 hours before the session starts without any additional fees.
(2) You may cancel a live session without fees at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
Seventh: Refund Policy
(1) Refunds are issued in the announced cases to the student’s wallet within the platform only, to be used as credit for future services.
(2) A full refund is granted if the registration is canceled at least 24 hours before the start of the course or session.
(3) A full refund is issued if a technical fault on the platform’s side prevents access to the content, or if the session is canceled for any reason.
(4) No refunds are issued if the cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before the session starts.
(5) No refunds are issued in the event of an absence without prior notification.
Ninth: Platform Wallet Policy
(1) The balance in the platform wallet is valid for 12 months from the date it was added.
(2) The balance within the platform is intended for courses or sessions and is non-transferable and non-withdrawable.
